- Minimum 2 years experience as an HVAC Install Technician
- Must be proficient in Installation of Heating & Air Conditioning systems including heat pumps, air handlers, ductless, gas furnaces, and custom ductwork.
- Must be professional and positive in communication - Happy customers and coworkers are your job as much as technical skills.
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Must live within 45 minutes of Sylva, NC
- Must have EPA Certification to handle Refrigerants
- Must be eager to earn, including the use of technology (iPad, Sophisticated dispatch software, etc)
- Performance-based pay -- Capable and productive Technicians earn $32-$51/hr or more!
