Warehouse Services, Inc. is currently seeking additional grounds maintenance workers for to assist in the upkeep of our properties in Greenville and Piedmont.
Under the appropriate supervision with latitude for independent judgment, the yard crew / material handler performs all required lawn care duties for WSI and ITS operations. The individual(s) will also perform any minor preventative maintenance and equipment repairs to insure the safe operation of equipment. Duties may require manual, clerical and data entry skills.

Warehouse Services, Inc. is currently seeking additional grounds maintenance workers for to assist in the upkeep of our properties in Greenville and Piedmont.
Under the appropriate supervision with latitude for independent judgment, the yard crew / material handler performs all required lawn care duties for WSI and ITS operations. The individual(s) will also perform any minor preventative maintenance and equipment repairs to insure the safe operation of equipment. Duties may require manual, clerical and data entry skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operates all yard crew equipment including but not limited to riding lawn mowers, tractors, push mowers, chain saws, hedge trimmers and leaf blowers.
- Must have the ability to operate all material handling equipment as required.
- Ensure all yard crew tasks throughout the facilities are being completed according to schedule.
- Trimming hedges and trees.
- Applying mulch to plant beds.
- Applying pesticides and preventing weed growth.
- Ability to lift 70 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in outside weather conditions.
- Perform minor repairs on yard equipment.
- Maintaining the aesthetic appeal of all outdoor areas.
- Shoveling walkways and applying snow salt as needed.
- Maintains safe work environment.
- Ability to work in warehouse operations when required.
- Any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
