- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies while handling products.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or handheld scanning devices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
