What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at WARNER HOSPITAL & HEALTH SERVICES?
Full time (40 hours per week, 5:30am – 2:00pm, schedule will include weekend and holiday rotation and may require some shift rotation):
Performs a variety of general maintenance duties in and around the hospital facilities as directed by the Director of Support Services or CEO. Working knowledge of mechanics and Building Trades preferred. Previous experience in general maintenance and carpentry work, minor plumbing and electricity helpful.
Qualifications/Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent education (GED)
- Current driver’s license with driving record in good standing
Physical/Mental Requirements:
Must be able to lift 75 lbs. or more repetitively. May be exposed to prolonged standing, walking, squatting, bending. Exposure to cold and warm weather conditions. Exposure to chemicals used in cleaning agents. May be exposed to communicable diseases.
Salary : $33,500 - $42,400
