Creeler
General Description
THIS IS A THIRD SHIFT POSITION. Monday - Friday 12am-8am
Hourly Rate: $18.50/hour $2/hour Shift Premium
Training will take place on first shift for approximately 30-60 days
Preparing and creeling of yarn bobbins onto a sectional warper creel
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Creeling – 80% of the job – putting yarn spools onto the creel and preparing for warping
- General cleanup and housekeeping on the floor – 20% of the job
- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Physical Demands
- Standing – 50% of the time and Walking - 50% of the time for an 8 hour shift
- The ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 15 lbs.
- The ability to stoop, kneel, reach and handle the placement of yarn spools
- The ability to hear machines and any signals from them
- Good vision and depth perception in order to handle the yarn
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience/knowledge as a Creeler is preferred but not required
- Pallet Jack experience preferred but not required
- Ability to use scissors or snips (provided by the company)
- Previous textile experience is preferred but not required
- Must be available to work 3rd shift - 12:00am - 8:00am - Monday-Friday
