As a Financial Manager with Wasatch, your job will be to help make our apartments a home for our prospective residents. You will own the Accounts Receivable process by working closely with our residents to ensure timely and accurate rent collections while also providing solutions to potential late rent situations. You will play a big part in providing a stress-free move in process and a smooth move out experience. You will also assist in the duties of approving move-in files, promoting lease renewals, and building a team atmosphere.

In addition to these duties, you will assume the responsibilities of a Leasing Agent. This looks like the following: greeting customers daily, building value to our prospective residents, leasing apartments, coordinating leasing and marketing efforts, and resident relations.
