Project Coordinator

As our Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects stay on track and meet their goals. Your responsibilities will include developing project goals, measuring success, and acting as a liaison between upper-level management, our internal departments, and external clients and vendors. You'll be the key player in preparing progress reports and aligning projects with organizational objectives.
Full-time, Non-Exempt (hourly) position.

- Coordination Expert:
- Develop project goals, success factors, and metrics for tracking progress.
- Keep the team motivated and focused on achieving their goals within set timelines and budgets.
- Effective Liaison:
- Bridge the gap between the project team and upper-level management, ensuring clear communication.
- Help our sales team grow by managing Art Consulting Projects with external clients and vendors.
- Present progress reports that highlight the project's contribution to organizational goals.
- Risk Management:
- Identify project stakeholders and expectations to minimize risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Develop and manage risk response plans, keeping the project on a smooth course.
- Project Planning and Financial Oversight:
- Create and manage comprehensive project plans/schedules, sharing updates with the department director and other staff.
- Ensure projects stay within budgetary constraints through financial analysis and adjustments.
- Communication Skills:
- Maintain clear communication with the project team, providing status updates and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Report on project performance with an emphasis on transparent communication.
- Project Closure and Reporting:
- Track project performance, analyzing both short and long-term success.
- Close projects efficiently and generate final reports for executive review.
- Solve Problems:
- Use your innovative and critical thinking skills to find solutions and resolve problems to help us stay on track with our key projects.

What you need to have to be successful!
- Associates degree required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 2 years of related experience in project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Advanced time management and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects effectively.
- Innovative and creative.
