Duties and Responsibilities will include :
- Daily reconciliation and posting of work orders and charge slips
- Daily preparation and distribution of revenue trend report
- Monthly billing and reconciliation of municipal accounts
- Auditing customer accounts and reviewing error reports
- Preparing customer account adjustments
- Preparing customer refund requests
- Communicating with customers regarding billing matters
- Special projects as assigned
Ideal Candidates will have :
- 2 years previous billing and / or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to accomplish tasks, analyze data, and propose solutions.
- An initiative to learn and a great work ethic.
