Duties and Responsibilities
Reviewing and Editing Event Footage
- Review, interpret, and resolve video surveillance footage for reported incidents, including criminal & nuisance activity.
- Write summary with explanation of reported incidents- may include car details, description of individuals or time of activity.
- Compile video footage into a completed product for clients and law enforcement.
- Communicate with clients and law enforcement, written and verbal.
- Interdepartmental collaboration and problem solving.
Job Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor?s degree in criminal justice/criminology preferred.
- Schedule may include weekends.
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills are a must.
- Basic knowledge of video and photo editing software, preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Google products.
- Proven great customer service experience.
- Phone and email communication are required.
Salary : $43,100 - $54,600
