Description
Water's Edge Resort and Spa is accepting applications for a Full Time Night Auditor. The Night Auditor is responsible for the operation of the Hotel Front Desk for the overnight shift, acting as the first point of contact for guests. Duties will include but are not limited to assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and any other request to ensure a satisfactory guest experience. The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling the daily receipts, preparing guest bills, and responding to guest service inquiries.
Candidates must be available to work overnight, including holidays. The Resort operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so business demands may require variations in shifts, days, start/end times, and hours worked in a given week.
Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to work independently overnight
Fluent in English
Computer proficiency required
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
