Water's Edge Resort and Spa is currently accepting applications for Spa Front Desk Attendants
We are seeking candidates who are able to give our customers an impressive experience, who have impeccable customer service skills and the perseverance to thrive in a fast paced role.
You must be able to multi-task various duties and ensure that each guest has an overall excellent spa experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and check in guests
- Answer phones and make appointments
- Problem solve issues promptly
- Handle checks and payment
- Work with other staff as a team
- Continually strive to achieve outstanding service quality
- Clean and organizing certain areas of spa
Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Flexible schedule as shifts may include weekends, evenings and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Prior spa experience preferred but willing to train
