The History of Water Street Brewery
Water Street Brewery, Milwaukee's first brew pub, opened its doors in 1987 in downtown Milwaukee offering patrons a variety of award winning beers brewed on premise. A second location opened in Delafield in 1999, Grafton in 2010 and most recently Oak Creek in 2015.
All four Water Street Brewery locations showcase its extensive Wisconsin brewing memorabilia collection - the largest in the Unites States - featuring one-of-a-kind lithographs, large scale neons, statues, corner signs, tap knobs and much more.
Water Street Brewery continues to be a Milwaukee favorite thanks to our dedicated team who are committed to providing our guests with the best possible dining experience.
