Position Overview
This National Account Manager position will be responsible for leveraging their talent, skills and connectivity in building additional construction sector business volume and profits, both personally and with a team as needed. This manager and the team will engage potential customers with the unique WaterFleet offerings, successfully communicate the value proposition, and win business. This position will work hand in hand with the Director of Business Development for this area of the business as well as the operations and compliance group. Ensuring a successful contract negotiation, as well as implementation of products and services will be in the scope of this position.

Responsibilities
- Work with Director to build a business plan that meets the growth objectives of the company.
- Drive new client, new project, and new business growth initiatives and processes to implement the business plan.
- Use existing client relationships and past successes to deliver new business growth.
- Build and lead sales and customer representative team to ensure the success in executing the business plan and maintaining customer loyalty.
- Work in concert with operations and other WaterFleet departments to ensure successful implementation and ongoing success of sold services.
- Assist in negotiation and customer acceptance of contracts to the satisfaction of customer and WaterFleet.
- Provide insight on new product offerings that can meet WaterFleet’s passions, capabilities, and earning goals.
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in marketing, sales, or related business development areas preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrated success providing products and services in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and related industry.
- “Book of business” EPC and related client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to EPC client personnel at all levels, from boardroom to field supervision.
- Valid US driver’s license and strong driving safety record (no more than 2 moving violations in previous 3 years).
- Acceptable background check, clear of DWI convictions, for the last 5 years.
