The Districts facilities include three elementary schools, one middle school and one high school. The Waterford community strongly supports the public schools and has high expectations for staff and students. According to the State of Connecticut Next Generation Performance Accountability System, Waterford Public Schools ranks in the top third of K-12 school districts in the state. The Waterford Board of Education is a nine-member elected body.
The Playground Aide/Lunchroom Monitor supervises student activities and behavior on the playground and during student lunch periods. The position requires a high level of student interaction and structured monitoring of the lunchroom and playground areas, including some clean-up duties. We are looking for positive, dependable and energetic individuals who are comfortable maintaining safety and routines. Must be available Monday-Friday, 11:00 to 2:00 pm.
Rate: $16.70 hourly.
