Receptionist/Customer Service Representative
Waters Fanta Insurance Agency is seeking a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are an established, award winning Independent Insurance Agency in Downtown Parkersburg. This front-line customer service position requires excellent communication skills. Successful candidates who demonstrate the ability to learn and grow within the agency will be afforded advancement opportunities.

Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service and payment processing required
· Insurance experience a plus, however training will be provided and not necessary
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Positive and professional demeanor
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong computer skills
· High School Diploma is required
