A day in your life at Watkins:
- Run residential service calls (occasional light commercial).
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems — no upsell pressure
- Chat with homeowners, explain what’s wrong in plain English
- Team up with dispatch & parts so you’re never stranded on a job
You’ll fit right in if you…
- Have 2 years of HVAC service experience (or solid install background)
- Hold an EPA Type II or Universal cert.
- Nate preferred but not required.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.
- Like solving problems and helping people stay comfortable.
- Keep a clean driving record & can pass a background/drug screen.
