About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with our Warehouse Manager to support the entire logistics operation. Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving, processing, and organizing incoming flooring materials and stock.
Maintaining a clean and well-organized warehouse.
Assisting with local deliveries and material pick-ups.
Managing inventory and keeping accurate records.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and eager to learn the trade of logistics. You will be a vital part of a team dedicated to providing trusted service and inspired design for our customers.

Are organized and have solid time-management skills.
Are proficient with technology, including Google Docs and Sheets, to help with coordination.
Have experience with inventory management software (preferred).

Have some Spanish-speaking ability (a definite plus!).
Possess a valid driver's license and a forklift certification (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay: $16 - $18 per hour, with opportunities for advancement.
Eligibility for our 401(k) plan with company match after one year of employment.
On-the-job training and mentorship in warehouse logistics.
Schedule:
Part-time hours will be determined based on business needs, but will be within our operating hours of Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This is an in-person position located in Greensboro, NC.
