We are looking for a results-driven Human Resources Generalist to join our amazing HR team in Franklin, NH. Serving as a Human Resources advisor, the HR Generalist will partner with cross-functional teams across the business, and will be responsible for recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compensation management, performance management, organizational development, training, employee engagement and retention, and special HR projects. They will be responsible for all HR activities related to include the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Workday and UltiPro and will carry out the full integration of HR processes, data management and reporting needs.. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Talent Acquisition: Facilitates the entire recruiting, interviewing and selection process; offer letters, new hire orientation and onboarding process for our hourly production employees and exempt positions. Ensures a optimal recruitment experience for candidates and internal hiring partners through delivery of recruitment best practices. Employee Relations: Provide HR solutions, support, advice and coaching to manages, supervisors and employees on HR related matters. Provide support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation management, performance management, organizational development, engagement and retention, training and HR special projects. Assist with the performance management process including salary/merit planning. Assist with the Strategic Talent Review. Works with other members of the HR team to ensure consistent administration of all policies and practices. Be a catalyst for cultural advancement of the organization by consistently modeling a positive attitude, cooperative team spirit, and high integrity. MANAGEMENT: No Direct reports QUALIFICATIONS: 3-7 years of human resources experience Ability to display in problem-solving skills Demonstrated interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills The ability to handle multiple projects/tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines Desire to work as a team and a results-driven approach Possess written and communication skills Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality Ability to be flexible, self-directed, motivated and able to interact with employees at all levels Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS Systems *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear.
