What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator (ED) position at Waukesha Pearce Industries?
Scope of Work:
Develop and maintain monthly reports. Keep records of inventory, both sold and unsold. Assist with project development for sales staff. Develop submittal information. Take customer calls. Assist with ordering products from manufacturers. Assist with setting up for new accounts.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Create Quotation/Sales records to meet customer expectations of parts requests.
- Keep complete sales files with all documentation to insure a smooth transaction
- Accurately report sales/quotation activity.
- Coordinate with sales, service, parts and customers
- Create/Maintain/Update reports assigned.
- Work with Vendors to ensure customer orders are being fulfilled in a timely manner
- Various other responsibilities and/or projects as assigned by supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have 5 years previous experience
Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s)
- Must be extremely organized
- Must be able to handle a large volume of activity/workload
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines on projects
- Must meet goals and objectives set forth by the company
- Must be computer literate and familiar with Windows based environment
- Must be able to work independently
- Must maintain good client relations
- Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance
- Must have ability to work flexible hours, days and weekends (when necessary)
- Must have 5 years Industrial Engine experience
- 5 years Waukesha Engine experience preferred
Working Conditions:
- Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Weekend hours as necessary
- Office/indoor work
