Receptionist
1st Shift (7:30am-4:30pm) Monday - Friday
(1 hr. unpaid lunch)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls
- Greet visitors & follow through with all visitor safety requirements
- Communicate production notices
- Scheduling of all conference rooms
- Many miscellaneous tasks / postings / notices / etc
- Assist H.R. Dept. with misc. tasks
- Punch payroll daily

MINIMUM SKILLS/ABILITY/EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA REQUIRED:
- Confidentiality / Professionalism
- Proficiency in Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes, Outlook etc.)
- Excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills (Phone Skills)
- Filing skills
- 10 key punch skills (numerical key pad)
- Well organized
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of duties
- Self-motivated and a great attitude
- Good attendance
