Marketing Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Support Marketing in development of both digital and print marketing initiatives.

· Create and deploy digital and print content for, but not limited to website, email, social, blog, magazines, newsfeeds, video, catalog and other media outlets.

· Create graphics for both digital and print media in addition to assisting with producing content for tradeshows and other events.

· Merchandise website and provide ideas for enhancements to ensure the best user experience across both desktop and mobile.

· Analyze data for assigned media platforms and report insights to management.

· Collaborate with both internal and external teams to develop and execute plans for all marketing channels and events.

· Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering teams to produce best-in-class assets.

· Assist with developing and optimizing copy for digital and print platforms including product and brand story telling.

· Work with external partners ensuring timely creation and execution of all deliverables.

· Assist with developing marketing calendars and schedules.

· Assist with creating process documents, industry standard and best practices while also ensuring all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines created by marketing.

· Stay current on company product updates and implement changes accordingly.

· Meet established deadlines for assigned projects and proactively inform stakeholders of project status and updates.

· Acts as a back-up to other areas of Marketing.

Qualifications and Skills
Required:

· Associates degree or 3 year experience in Marketing, Business or related field.

· Strong Design background (Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

· Proficient in MS Office.

Preferred:

· Email, Website and Social Media experience.

· Excellent Communication Skills.
