Looking for a motivated full-time licensed clinician. LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW to work at one of our 7 locations.
The position allows for In-person, virtual, or hybrid options.

Job type :
Full-time a minimum of 25 clients per week. You can see more if you choose. No limit, make as much as you would like while receiving support and supervision.
Wave Therapy provides individual, couple, teen, child, and family therapy
Referrals are handled for you with 4 full-time assistants.

Salary :
Hourly Pay is $40 / $55 per hour depending on insurance. Higher for clients who use the cash-pay option

About the job :
We currently have 7 locations, two in Carlsbad, Mission Valley, Oceanside, Laguna Hills, Rancho Bernardo, and our virtual team.
Create your own schedule.
You will have your own furnished office with a budget to personalize it and make it your own.
No need to find your own clients, we have 4 intake coordinators who will provide you with as many clients as you would like. (we are currently turning tons of clients away because we have so many referrals).
We contract with a company to do our billing. (you do not have to do any billing at all, it is all handled for you).
We provide you with an easy-to-use electronic health records program.
We provide clinical support, supervision, collaboration, and education for all clinicians.
We provide you with supervision, training, and a mentorship program to help as you get started building your caseload.
We encourage you to find your niche and to service the population you enjoy working with and offer supervision and education to support your growth.
We welcome Associates, newly licensed or seasoned Therapists.
Responsibilities :
Provide caring, compassionate, quality therapy to clients.
Scheduling your own clients and inputting the necessary information and documentation.
Timely completion of progress notes, initial assessments, treatment plans, charge forms, and other case records. (electronic, simple, fast, and easy to use. )
Attend weekly consultation groups / staff meetings.
Requirements :
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. LMFT, APCC, or LCSW
Experience in private practice is preferred but not required. If you have the clinical skills we will teach you what you need to know to be successful in a private practice setting.
Compassion, communication skills, and the desire to work as a member of a team.
Attendance at paid weekly staff meetings with a collaborative group for supervision, consultation, education, and training.
