What You Will Do: You are a Senior Content Producer to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality video projects. This individual will lead a small team of two shooters, ensuring all aspects of video production— from pre-production to post-production—are efficiently handled. The Senior Content Producer will play a key role in scheduling and coordinating shoots, scheduling talent, and maintaining a seamless flow of information across all team members to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for both the detailed and creative sides of video production.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
- Lead a small team of 2 shooters, ensuring that all video production tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Oversee day-to-day production management, including scheduling shoots, assigning tasks, and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of in-house video production, including set propping and products, talent management, and team assignment as well as set up and tear down of each shoot.
- Ensure that shooters are following all equipment check-out procedures, so equipment is in good working condition before and following shoots.
Shoot Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate shoots, ensuring alignment with cross-functional team needs, timelines and creative vision.
- Ensure that all shoots run smoothly, adhering to the schedule and solving any challenges that may arise.
- Service as lead during the shoot proving clear instructions and guidance to talent on set, ensuring a smooth and productive shoot.
Project Management & Workflow:
- Ensure that video projects remain on track and adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Organize and create all necessary information for the shooters and team, including shot lists, schedules, scripts, and creative briefs to ensure final video meets project requirements.
- Ensure that all team members are informed of any changes to the schedule, location, or project requirements.
- Document and track production progress, keeping accurate records and managing files for easy reference.
Post-Production Support:
- Monitor the post-production process to ensure it is completed on time and in accordance with quality expectations.
- Collaborate with the team to provide feedback on footage, ensuring that the final product aligns with the project’s objectives.
Team Oversight:
- Provide leadership and direction to the video shooters, offering support and guidance on execution, content, and creative direction.
- Communicate project expectations and ensure clear communication between the team, talent, and other cross-functional teams.
Additional Tasks:
- Assist with brainstorming and contributing ideas for new projects, providing creative input where needed.
- Maintain a high level of organization and ensure that all documentation and production materials are appropriately stored and accessible.
- Review video performance and make necessary adjustments to content as needed to hit set KPIs.
- Assist with out-of-house productions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in video production, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior producer role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in managing video production schedules and coordinating multiple moving parts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, talent, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.
- Knowledge of video production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness when dealing with production challenges.
- Familiarity with managing budgets, and video production resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in video production, media, or related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand video production.
- Familiarity with post-production workflows and experience working closely with editors.

Salary : $78,000 - $85,000
