Quality Assurance Specialist/Mental Health Specialist (TYS/CCRP)

QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST/ MENTAL HEALTH SPECIALIST

CCRP – Tustin, F/T, Mon. - Friday 9am -5pm (Varied work schedule including flexibility to cover weekends & evenings.)

Responsibilities Include:

• Verifies clients’ Medi-Cal eligibility on a weekly basis, completes a technical review of personal health information against a master database.
• Data entry of diagnostic codes and demographic details into software program.
• Prepare invoices for third party payers for billable charges and reconciles insurance charges for each client monthly.
• Provide reception and telephone support to the program.
• Provides shift coverage as needed to supervise residents.
• Provide administrative support to the Program Director, House Supervisor and Licensed Clinical Supervisor.

Requirements Include:

• High School diploma, college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience in a professional office environment.
• Working knowledge of computer applications (Word and Excel) and standard office procedures.
• Effective interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate the ability to work with a multicultural and diverse population with sensitivity and respect.

Starting pay rate: $ 26.98 per hour
