Overview:
A Personal Banker at Wayne Bank plays an essential role in developing new business while fulfilling the financial needs of our current customers. This position has the opportunity to provide explanations of bank products and services, allowing for sharpened sales techniques and knowledge of financial principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Represents the bank in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provides prompt, efficient, and accurate services to customers.
- Expands customer base through technical knowledge of retail services, products and selling techniques.
- Opens a variety of business and consumers deposit accounts after determining the customer’s needs.
- Performs Teller job functions such as processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, stop payments, cashier checks and money orders and processing account holds.
- Resolves a variety of customer complaints and inquiries and maintains contact with customer through telephone or written communication as required.
