The Program Coordinator for Entrepreneurship & Innovation (E&I) will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Entrepreneurship & Innovation (E&I) in providing students with specialized knowledge, skills and experience to develop and launch startup ventures or social impact ventures, or work at a startup within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This position is supported by a JPMorgan Chase grant for a period of two years.
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for two major new initiatives: a Student Industry Mentorship Program and an Entrepreneur's Showcase. Additionally, this individual will support the general operations of the Belinsky Entrepreneurship Learning Laboratory (BELL), associated events and programming.

Qualifications

- · Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- · Experience in program coordination, event planning, or student services.
- · Interest in or familiarity with the Detroit startup ecosystem, venture capital, or entrepreneurship is highly preferred.
- · Experience working with diverse student populations.
