Wayside is looking for multiple Occupational Therapists to work with our growing Continuum programs which have been recognized across the state for their hard work and dedication to families. Positions open in our Waltham, Milford and Lowell locations. This job is a good fit for those seeking Part-Time or Full-Time positions. Seeking creative, flexible, energetic individuals to provide occupational therapy services as part of our intensive community-based programs for children/adolescents and their families who are referred by the Department of Mental Health. Must be committed to family centered practice.Position calls for: Strong clinical, observational and writing skills.Collaboration with mental health clinicians and other treatment providers working as part of a group or individually.Ability to work remotely, in the community, and in an office setting.Direct client care in client homes.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.Experience serving adolescents with significant mental health needs.Experience addressing functioning in the home setting.Salary Range:$60,000 - $70,000/year depending on experience
