- Prepare food and complete orders quickly and efficiently
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with stocking shelves and coolers and maintaining a clean dining environment
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of culinary terms and food handling practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
