Rental Coordinator Responsibilities
As a Rental Coordinator with WCTractor, relationship building and customer service will be your focus. You will need to be an effective communicator and ambitious self-starter with a strong desire for succeeding in a fast paced environment.
Rental Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Building relationships with customers while meeting or exceeding their equipment needs
- Process rental quotes, reservations and contracts using company operating system
- Address customer issues and provide satisfactory solutions in an efficient manner
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, suppliers, and employees
- Constantly representing WCTractor in a positive and professional manner
Qualifications
Rental Coordinator Qualifications
Minimum requirements include:
- Must have a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and prior sales experience
- Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred
- Solid computer skills and knowledge of general business software and G-suite platform
Salary : $28,000 - $35,500
