Day-to-Day
- Strategize and execute on complex commercial and business litigation from inception through trial and appeal
- Draft high-impact briefs, argue dispositive motions, and take/defend depositions in federal and state courts

- Collaborate on settlement negotiations and alternative resolutions in high-stakes matters
- Build trial skills with opportunities to second-chair and eventually first-chair significant cases
