What You'll Do:
As the Mobile Nurse Clinical Supervisor, you'll wear many hats—mentor, leader, caregiver, and innovator. Here's a glimpse of what your role includes:
- Lead with Purpose: Provide hands-on supervision and mentorship to mobile unit nurses, fostering growth and upholding clinical standards.
- Deliver Compassionate Care: Oversee safe dispensary operations, dispense medications, and ensure compliance with all medical regulations. ✔️
- Onboard & Train: Empower new nurses with world-class onboarding and continuous development opportunities. ✨
- Drive Compliance: Partner with leadership to maintain adherence to all state, federal, and agency requirements.
- Inspire Positivity: Build a motivated, collaborative, and supportive team environment that aligns with WeCare's mission and values.
What You Bring:
- Credentials: RN or LPN licensed in Washington State. Behavioral science coursework preferred.
- Experience: 3 years in member care with supervisory or mentorship experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational expertise, tech-savviness, and a knack for interpersonal communication.
- Dedication: Passion for harm reduction, compassionate care, and fostering an inclusive and respectful environment.
Additional Requirements
No history of alcohol or drug misuse in the past 3 years and no evidence of misuse while employed.
Availability for evening and weekend hours as needed.
Willingness to travel to various mobile units and clinic sites as required.
