The Big Responsibility
Our Lead Generators act as Brand Ambassadors at our partner businesses as the first point of contact with customers. Located inside our partnered Costco's, the Lead Generator answers customer questions about our products and services, collects contact information, and schedules in-home customer estimates or services. This is a great opportunity if you have experience selling or canvassing and enjoy building relationships by engaging people in conversation.
Key Contributions
- Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the company’s products and services
- Engaging customer's in conversations about their home service needs
- Explain the features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from the customers on their individual needs
- Schedule in-home appointments with our Comfort Advisors to provide estimates for products and services
- Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
Desired Skills and Experience
- High school diploma and or equivalent
- Prior experience working in retail or incentivized sales experience is highly desired but not required
- Ability to be standing/walking for 4-8 hours at a time
- Must have the ability to use a smartphone utilizing email and text.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within a 1-hour radius when needed.
- Ability to provide clear communication and customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred but not required.
