- Independently provide remote/in-person mental health therapy services to clients using evidence-based practices.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and cultural competence.
- Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to provide support and receive feedback.
```Skills:```
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current licensure in California as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, Psychologist, or equivalent.
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
