Local company is looking to add to their team. Hours will be 6:00am to 4:00pm, with potential to assist on second shift.
Job duties may include but are not limited to:
- Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
- Oversee and perform the repair and troubleshooting of industrial equipment and machinery.
- Train and mentor maintenance assistants.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Requirements may include but are not limited to:
- Associates or Bachelor preferred, or a high school diploma with the equivalent industry-related experience.
- Experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong leadership and management skill.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong background in electrical maintenance; PLC experience is a plus.
