Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions.
- Complete psychosocial intakes and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to assess and develop treatment plans.
- Assist patients in accessing resources and coordinating care.
- Document all activities in the medical record.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in mental health.
- Tennessee licensure (LMSW, LMFT, LCSW, LPC) required.
- Knowledge of DSM-5, 12-Step Programs, and addiction recovery.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
