• 24-hour shifts -- 8 am - 5 pm in-house, 5 pm - 8 am on-call from hotel
• 0 - 4 babies per shift, average 2 patient encounters
• Family Birth Center with Level I Nursery
• 5 - 7 shifts per month or more available -- back-to-back shifts
• 35 weeks gestation cases
• NRP certification required
• 20-minute call response time
