Position Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Commercial Sheet Metal Foreman to lead our crews on complex commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with architectural sheet metal systems, strong leadership skills, and a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise crews installing standing seam roofing, wall panels, soffit, fascia, and ACM systems.
- Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
- Maintain a safe and organized job site in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
- Track labor, materials, and job progress; report updates regularly.
- Mentor and train crew members to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.
- Assist in recruiting and developing new sheet metal team members as the department grows.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial sheet metal installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Proficient in standing seam, wall panel systems, and architectural metal detailing.
- Strong understanding of flashing, waterproofing, and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ACM panel systems and custom metal fabrication.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cranes, lifts, and other job site equipment.
- Experience with project management or estimating software.
