HVAC Technician
WeatherTech Direct, LLC is seeking a well-qualified HVAC Technician to maintain and repair the HVAC systems for the company.

As an HVAC Technician, you will
- Perform skilled mechanical maintenance duties in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air-conditioning units
- Perform all work, jobs, and tasks in compliance with specifications, procedures, all applicable governmental rules & regulations, building & safety codes, and other regulations
- Operate specialized machinery, equipment, and tools utilized in the repair and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance
- Ensure safety and quality control for activities and personnel
- Travel between various company locations; monitor and inspect all work areas; review work accomplished
- Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition, clean and maintain equipment
- Communicate clearly and work as part of a team
- Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualified Candidates will
- Have 4 years of prior experience maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation and cooling equipment
- Have at least 2 years of commercial HVAC experience with an HVAC certification
- Possess the ability to diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, refrigeration and electronic components of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems
- Be highly proficient at hands-on work
- Work independently or with an assistant and meet deadlines
- Be able to read blueprint/manuals, and interpret control schematics
- Have high attention to detail to observe work for quality and accuracy
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Understand and have familiarity with building & safety codes and OSHA regulations and have a minimum of 10 hours of OSHA training
- Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
- Be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Have a strong work ethic with both the ability to work independently and also collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
- Be authorized to work in the United States
