Responsibilities:
Train and coach the sales team on effective closing techniques
Oversee showroom activities for a large sales team
Engage with customers to understand their needs and assist sales team members in closing deals
Recruit, motivate, and monitor performance of all employees in the new/used vehicle sales department
Conduct regular sales and sales training meetings
Mentor both new and experienced sales representatives
Monitor and analyze the performance of salespeople
Assist in developing advertising campaigns and promotional activities
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective buyers using a CRM system
Establish delivery procedures, including introducing customers to the service department
Forecast sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
Qualifications:
Experience in Auto Sales and Sales Management
Proficient in effective deal-closing
Strong ethical standards and values
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Must pass background and drug screening
Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record test
