SCHEDULE & LOCATION
This full-time position works in Encino, CA. Location. Your schedule is typically Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work to keep projects on track. Plus, NO WORK ON SUNDAYS!
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SUPERINTENDENT

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Construction management experience
- Exceptional communicate skills for coordinating with the construction team, homeowners, designers, and architects
- Ability to coordinate and manage all on-site activities and resources
- Confidence in working with building and safety agencies (Malibu, Santa Monica, and LADBS)
- Familiarity with BuilderTrend software
- Firm knowledge of electrical upgrades
- Highly skilled in managing a Gantt chart
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Punctual and willing to be on site until the day is complete
- Ability to enforce and promote strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
