Parts Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory, assisting customers with their parts needs, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach.

Duties

• Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their needs.
• Utilize POS systems for processing sales transactions efficiently.
• Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records as necessary.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Experience

• Previous experience in inventory management or retail sales is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance customer communication.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of retail math concepts to support sales analysis.
• Experience in parts sales or automotive knowledge is a plus but not required.
