Weber Human Services (WHS), located in Ogden, Utah serves a growing urban population residing in Weber and Morgan Counties.
We are an organization dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential. WHS was organized by a cooperative agreement between the Weber and Morgan county governments to serve as the local authority for the provision of their substance use, mental health and senior service programs.
Weber Human Services is the only organization in the State of Utah providing these services under a single administration. Through dozens of human services programs, WHS helps thousands of its neighbors by supporting and empowering our most vulnerable groups including at-risk youth, the elderly, children, youth and adults suffering from mental illnesses, and those recovering from addictions.

Check in visitors and clients for appointments. Confirm address, phone numbers and financial information. Collect and reconcile payments. Direct visitors and clients to designated areas.
Schedule appointments and make confirmation calls. Pre-admit clients, off-site admissions and schedule intake appointments. Financial eligibility, administer assessment and OQ's. Provide clerical support for areas as needed.
Answer incoming calls. Provide information, or transfer caller to staff that can provide information or service. Screen calls to determine their needs. Provide customer care support for other areas upon request.
29 1/2 hours a week, Monday 8-3, Tuesday 8-3, Wednesday 8-4:30, Thursday 8-3
High School diploma or equivalent; computer skills - type 40 wpm; public relations and customer service skill; work well with others.
Must be willing to complete and criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
