Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, including oil changes, brake repairs, and vehicle maintenance.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify issues and communicate findings clearly to customers.
- Prepare accurate auto estimates for repairs and services based on mechanical knowledge and experience.
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in automotive sales or service is preferred. NOT Necessary.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, including familiarity with shocks, struts, and brake repair.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively align customer needs with service offerings.
- Ability to provide clear explanations of technical information in an understandable manner.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
