Nurse Supervisor
RN / LPN Evening Supervisor (3-11 Shift, Monday through Friday)
Responsibilities :
- Provide supervision to team of nursing staff and CNAs
- Communicating with residents and family members regarding concerns or patient medical needs
- Assist with admissions, patient care and documentation
- Reporting incidents of concern to Director of Nursing or appropriate individual
