About The Role & Team

In This Role, You Will
- Continuously improve automated build, test and deployment workflows
- Work with system admin to ensure the continues services during the application release process
- Work with development team to ensure the version control and resolve conflicts
- Ensure monitoring of our systems and applications during business hours.
- Capture and report status, escalate open issues
- Work with the client services and back-office operation teams to review and address production application issues
- Document, track and monitor client incidents in ticketing system to ensure a timely resolution
- Monitor and support the ad-hoc needs in our database systems
- May work on the 2nd and 3rd shift to support the global trading systems
- Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Computer Science, technology, or related field
- At least 1 year of IT industry experience
- Experience with MySQL and or non-sql DB, and its management tool, Kafka
- Understand basic programming for Java, Spring
- Understand Linux OS, containers (Kubernetes), and message queue (Kafka) applications
- Broad knowledge of AWS cloud-based technologies
- Self-starter and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate
- Familiar with configuration management
- Previous experience in the broker-dealer/ fin-tech industry
- Fluent in Mandarin
