Compensation
- Competitive earnings: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
- Performance incentives: Quarterly bonuses and additional earning potential through spot bonuses
Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of Client Advocates
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and continuous training to enhance team skills and foster growth
- Create a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence
- Drive sales by achieving targets and actively participating in sales activities
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product offerings and effectively communicate their value to clients
- Ensure every client enjoys a memorable shopping experience through exceptional customer service and problem resolution
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Manage store opening, closing, and cash-handling processes with precision
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership on strategies to drive store and company growth
- Develop and implement actionable plans to achieve financial goals
- Build lasting relationships with clients, community organizations, and industry professionals
- Actively engage in local events and networking opportunities to enhance store visibility
- 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality industries, with a proven track record of managing sales targets and high-end customer service
- 3 years of leadership experience in a performance-driven environment
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in motivating teams, resolving challenges, and driving results
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred, not required)
- Jewelry and diamond experience (preferred, not required)
