Duties
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Provide care preschool-aged children, before and after school.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective discipline strategies.
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play.
- Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive team approach to childcare.
Skills
