We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Nursery Worker to join our team of childcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care . The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood development and a commitment to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the daily care of infants.
- Establish positive relationships with children and communicate effectively with their parents.
- Manage classroom environments and ensure that all materials and equipment are clean, organized, and accessible to children.
- Provide first aid and emergency care when needed, and ensure that any incidents are documented and reported to the management team.
- Collaborate with other members of the nursery team to ensure that all aspects of childcare and education are covered.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and activiti
- Strong knowledge of infant and toddler care, as well as early childhood development and education. Is a plus, but we will train the right person.
- Familiarity with childcare and education practices, including first aid and emergency care.
- Experience with nannying or working in a daycare setting.
