The Role – Immediate Opening:
We’re urgently hiring a Lead Carpenter to help take over active framing and decking jobs. This is a hands-on, full-time W-2 position — you’ll be swinging tools every day and helping guide a small crew to keep jobs moving. No scheduling or customer management — just build, lead, and check in daily with the office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work full-time on framing, decking, siding, and general carpentry jobs
- Guide and assist the crew on job sites
- Communicate job status and needs to the office (via call/text)
- Help keep jobs clean, safe, and running smoothly
- Finish punch list and detail work with pride
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in residential construction (framing, siding, decks)
- Strong carpentry skills and reliable tool knowledge
- Someone who leads by example and communicates clearly
- Valid driver’s license transportation
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a big plus
