- Achieve company financial goals
- Analyze sales data regularly to identify trends, gaps, and areas of opportunity for improvement.
- Establish and communicate clear, measurable sales objectives aligned with company financial objectives
- Increase year over year EBITDA
- Maintain sales wages as per budgeted plan
- Maintain associated sales costs as per budgeted plan
- Increase year over year RE rate by X%
- Reduce cancel rates by X%
- Coach, Develop and Hold Accountable direct reports
- Conduct 1:1’s weekly to review performance, provide constructive feed back and training and set action plans for improvement
- Organize and lead sales training initiatives to enhance team skills and competencies
- Clearly outline deliverables and ensure consistent follow-through on individual and team goals
- Evaluate team members’ strengths, weaknesses and potential to ensure optimal role alignment
- Identify high-potential employees and develop tailored plans for their career advancement
- Act as a role model and mentor for targeted employees
- Demonstrate and uphold company values in all actions and decisions
- Measure and monitor customer service standards in the sales department
- Share the company culture at every point of contact with all employees
- Foster and inclusive, motivational environment where employees feel valued and supported
- Actively build and nurture cross-functional relationships to strengthen company culture
- Communicate daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales plans with detailed timelines and objectives
- Execute on all timelines established at business plan
- Manage team schedules to maximize efficiency and ensure consistent coverage in the campaigns
- Ensue all necessary tools and resources are available for the team to execute effectively.

- Consistent execution of company policies, procedures and systems
